As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection-both with ourselves and with others. My approach integrates psychodynamic insight, cognitive-behavioral strategies (CBT), and attachment-informed understanding to support lasting growth and emotional resilience.
I work with individual adults, children, and teens, drawing from evidence-based practices including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). My style is collaborative and attuned; I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply heard and supported as they explore the roots of current challenges. Together, we may work to process trauma, uncover patterns of behavior that are no longer serving you, strengthen coping skills, and foster greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
My goal is to help you build a more secure and empowered relationship with yourself and those around you- one that allows you to move through life with confidence, clarity, and resilience..
